We use only the highest quality 100% grain-fed Heritage Angus Beef raised on natural grasses to no more than 30 months of age. Because we use a more natural and sustainable method of farming the meat is leaner and healthier. Heritage Angus is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. All of our beef is halal hand slaughtered at a local federal plant, temperature controlled, and we only use graded high quality beef – Canada A or higher.
