JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for supporting the Donor Relations team in data entry, data maintenance and data integrity, ensuring data is accurate and high quality when it is shared with donors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes and procedures to deliver high-quality data to customers
• Monitor the data sent out to donors to ensure consistency accuracy in quality of data
• Use technical skills and knowledge to determine the cause of inconsistent data
• Handle generating/ downloading reports and ensure proper formatting.
• This would include filling in blank spaces, formatting reports, checking for spacing, alignment, picture size etc.
• Clean up data on a weekly basis on the system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 year, post-secondary education
• Proficiency in Excel is an asset
• Strong attention to detail required
• 1 year in data management
• Manages to balance accuracy and efficiency of work while multitasking
• Works well in a team environment and independently
• Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to follow instructions
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
