Tulip Association of Canada is excited to invite families to take part in our Ramadan Decoration Contest, a joyful and creative activity designed especially for children during the blessed month of Ramadan.
This contest encourages kids to decorate a special Ramadan corner in their homes using lights, crafts, handmade items, and meaningful Islamic themes. It’s a beautiful way for children to engage with the spirit of Ramadan, express creativity, and celebrate the month with their families.
Who Can Participate?
• Children and families from the Muslim community
• Open to participants in Ottawa and surrounding areas
• Individual or sibling participation is welcome from Grade KJ-12
• One participation per household
What to Do
Participants are asked to decorate a Ramadan corner at home and submit photos showcasing their creativity and effort.
How to Participate
1. Follow @tulipassociation on social media
2. Take three photos of the decorated Ramadan corner
3. (Optional) Include one photo of the child(ren) while decorating

Prizes
• First Place: $150
• Second Place: $125
• Third Place: $100
• Participation Prize: $10
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
• Creativity & originality
• Ramadan theme & spirit
• Visual appeal
• Handmade elements
• Child’s involvement
