Imams, Sheikhs, Chaplains Needed for Research Study on Suicide Prevention Competencies of Muslim Clergy in Canada

Participants who identify as Muslim clergy members, such as Imams, Sheikhs, chaplains, Sheikha/Ustada, or seminary students are needed to participate in a research study exploring suicide prevention competencies among Muslim faith leaders in Canada.

This study is part of my research at Nipissing University and has been approved by the Nipissing University Research Ethics Board (File No. 104166).

Participation involves a voluntary and anonymous online survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

The survey focuses on the training, practices, and support needs of Muslim faith leaders in relation to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention.
